El Ayuntamiento de El Torno pone a disposici\u00f3n del ciudadano este Perfil del Contratante, donde se podr\u00e1 encontrar informaci\u00f3n de cualquier contrataci\u00f3n que se encuentre en proceso abierto o ya adjudicado.<\/p>\n
Conforme a lo dispuesto en el art. 347.2 de la Ley 9\/2017 de Contratos del Sector Publico, los \u00d3rganos de Contrataci\u00f3n el Excmo. Ayuntamiento de El Torno tienen alojada la informaci\u00f3n de sus perfiles de contratante en la Plataforma de Contrataci\u00f3n del Sector P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n
La tramitaci\u00f3n de los procedimientos de adjudicaci\u00f3n de contratos conllevar\u00e1 la pr\u00e1ctica de las notificaciones y comunicaciones derivadas de los mismos por v\u00eda exclusivamente electr\u00f3nica, y la presentaci\u00f3n de ofertas y solicitudes de participaci\u00f3n se llevar\u00e1 a cabo utilizando medios electr\u00f3nicos, salvo en los casos en los que se establezca otra cosa en los anuncios de licitaci\u00f3n o invitaciones de participaci\u00f3n, tal y como se establece en la Disposici\u00f3n Adicional Decimoquinta.2 de la misma ley.<\/p>\n
A tales efectos, todos los licitadores que deseen participar en procedimientos de contrataci\u00f3n p\u00fablica convocados por este Excmo. Ayuntamiento de El Torno, deber\u00e1n utilizar las herramientas electr\u00f3nicas y cumplir escrupulosamente los requisitos que en tal sentido se establezcan en los pliegos de cl\u00e1usulas administrativas particulares de las correspondientes licitaciones o en las instrucciones emitidas en su defecto.<\/p>\n
